Dr.Huq is a Graduate from Dhaka Medical College and Also College of Physicians and Surgeons,in (London)
Dr. Huq was Former Chief of Surgery in Holy Family Hospital, in(Dhaka)
Dr. Huq is a General Surgeon Specializes in Surgical oncology and Laproscopic Surgery.

At Present,Dr.Huq is Chairman of Surgery at Norwegian-American Hospital,Chief of General Surgery at St.Mary Reserrection hospital in Chicago,Ill.Dr.Huq escaped from East Pakistan,and Joined Late FR.Khan and still is one of the Board of Directors of Bangladesh Foundation,Supporting Liberation of Bangladesh.Besides his Professionsl Achievements,He is Curently the chairman of Surgery,President of the Medical Staff and Associate Professor of Surgery of the Chicago Medical School,Also, Standby Examiner of the American Board of Surgery.Dr.Huq is 5 time recipient of Teacher of the Year Award.Branch President of the Chicago Medical Society and one of the Founders of the Bangladesh Associations in Chicago.Dr.Huq was a Keynote Speaker of FOBANA Convention in 1996.Also,He was a Special Guest For FOBANA in 1997 in Atlanta.Besides many local Awards Dr.Huq has Great deal of Personal Contributions and Believes in ONE FOBANA.
